parkour

I wan't to do it

Direct gain from parkour is that enhances your ability to move from place to place. This is actually the essence of the parkour, efficiently moving from one place to another. You become aware that there are multiple paths from one place to another, which would not be generally noticed before, and your ability to use all of these possible will be increased. Parkour can also be used as a self-defense because it make you faster than you possible attacker, you could gain distance in the blink of an eye.

Another benefit of a parkour is physical gain. Parkour using and exercises every part of your body, also every technique and movement include your whole body, giving you incredible exercise. It combines short intensive activity with long periods of gentle exercise, thus increasing both strength and endurance.
Mental side of the parkour should not be forgotten as well. For a pakour is important that you must learn to assess the situation on the go, on your own. The more you train parkour, the more you learn to believe your decisions, because when you exercise your parkour, your estimate is only what is really important.

In the same way, parkour helps you win the daily fear. Actively seeking an exit from a situation where you feel the fear in the way of forcing your to pass through it.
Once you learn how to cope with this fear, it can be applied to any situation and the result is to increase your confidence.

Parkour is exercised outdoors, because the whole point is that you can deal with situations that exist in real life and then to parkour trainee must be free of any inconvenience, fear and shame because we behave differently. When parcor become more accepted, the problem about that will decrease and then some of the very essence of PK-a will probably be lost, but again the question whether the parkour will ever be another common thing.

Parkour also require for you to take responsibilitys for your actions, and therefore encourages independence. Parcor is totally against the ‘culture of that society has imposed’ that developed over the years. Parcor involves risks that most people would not dare, but since you are doing that voluntarily, you can’t blame anyone and you expect someone to take responsibility for your actions.

Parkour makes you feeling good and being satisfied with yourself. Basically its because your personal success. By taking full responsibility for your actions, you also accept all the credit for your successes without taking something from anyone else.

Parkour also gives you a feeling of freedom, because trough learning of parkour you remove some restrictions that society placed there. Your mind opens for new possibilities
